These pregnancy yoga classes are suitable for women 12 weeks pregnant or more looking for support and guidance with their home yoga practise as baby bump grows.

Class 1 - Pelvic centric movement (shimmy!)

Class 2 - Breath of joy and contentment (finding joy)

Class 3 - Optimal Foetal positing (birth preparation)

Class 4 - Love and managing emotions (managing the ever changing tide of feelings)
