This postnatal yoga course will help you to reclaim and rediscover your body post baby, gently strengthening, toning and releasing tension. There are three main classes; yoga in the first 6 weeks after birth, yoga 6 to 12 weeks postpartum, and yoga 12 weeks postpartum and beyond, which guide and support you through all aspects of postnatal recovery. Also included are specialist classes on common postpartum conditions, including yoga for diastasis recti, pelvic floor health, back pain, neck & shoulder tension, wrist & thumb joint pain and cesarean recovery, as well as a much needed restorative yoga class.
This course is designed to support home practise. You are strongly encouraged to also participate in Amy's weekly live postnatal yoga classes on a Friday at 10.30am via zoom.
